4 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup Milk of choice
1 scoop flavored protein powder
½ cup blueberries (*I always opt for frozen organic blueberries because they are cheaper and last longer than fresh ones!)
1 banana thinly sliced
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Combine & whisk thoroughly chia seeds, milk, protein powder, and cinnamon into a jar or container
Then top with blueberries and sliced bananas
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or overnight
When ready to eat, top lightly w. Granola or nut butter (optional)
