This is a two-part circuit with a strength & cardio heavy circuit 1 targeting the glutes, hamstrings, and triceps. Then we move to circuit 2 with a super spicy glute/hamstring combo move and onto a glute burning cardio move and working the lats and upper back. Finally we wrap things up with a spicy ab finisher! GO CRUSH!

This quad burning circuit is designed to challenge and test where your strength had built to in our final week of the challenge! Push your weights, challenge your mind-muscle connection, and power through the burn. This is a 2-part circuit moving through a series of full body efforts targeting the quads, chest, biceps, core & shoulders in each circuit with cardio mixed in throughout. Then we finish things off with a 3 exercise, no repeats cardio-strength finisher!
Fit For Fall 10 | Legs & Glutes w. Core 11.1
Talk about a lower body burn!! This 2 part circuit will challenge your lower body strength & stamina. At this far along working through fit for fall workouts, you are absolutely ready for this one and to challenge yourself through it! Circuit 1 we focus on quad strength with some glutes and core worked in (more cardio in this one!). Then in circuit 2, we move to targeting the hamstrings, glutes and inner thighs. Finally we wrap things up with a short core-cardio finisher!

This fiery 2 part circuit will push you to your limits! Each circuit has various combination full body moves mixed in throughout to challenge your core engagement and full body stability and balance. We will target the hamstrings and glutes, with some lat, back and spicy core worked in throughout!
Fit For Fall 7 | Anterior Chain | Chest, Core, Quads, Upper Body & Cardio 10.24
Kicking off week 4 of Fit For Fall with this fiery 3 part circuit with a bonus strength burnout finisher! Circuit one we target the chest in a series of exercises designed to build and burnout these muscle groups. Then we transition to circuit two targeting the quads with two strength moves and one cardio-power move. Circuit three we target the core and work in lower and upper body combo moves. Finally we finish off with AMRAP push ups and bicycle crunches. Really going to feel your core in this one!
Fit For Fall 6 | Posterior Chain | Glutes, Hamstrings, Lats and Tricpes 10.19
Serious backside burner through this circuit! This is a 2 part circuit with a glute/hamstring finisher. Circuit one is a mixture of hamstring and lat focused exercises with cardio worked in. Circuit two we focus on burning out those glutes and strengthening those triceps to build muscle and tone! Go crush!

This 3 part circuit with a SPOICY core finisher will push you to your limits! Each circuit has two superset strength moves followed by a power boosting cardio move. Circuit one we target upper body, shoulders and cardio. Circuit two, we burn out those quads. Circuit 3 we challenge balance, full body strength and core engagement.
